My name is Ashley Close, and I am a Realtor with the Keller Williams Innovation Realty, Brokerage in the Kitchener, Ontario Office.

With regards to the areas that I service, I currently reside in Cambridge, and am also familiar with Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph, Brantford, Hamilton, Woodstock, London, Sarnia areas and on!

I have been in the industry for about 5 years now, and have learned from the best! I started off at Remax years ago as a brokerage admin, and transitioned over to Keller Williams.

My passion is learning, and really getting to know people and their motivations and what makes them.

 

I am real, honest, compassionate and empathetic! I believe these qualities set me apart! My main niche is first-time home buyers - and helping them navigate the world of real estate to help them become knowledgeable and educated buyers (and eventually maybe sellers or investors)

I also have a passion for helping downsizers - folks that just want a little more freedom from owning a home that is no longer what they need as they begin to travel and take their lives in different directions!
